The Best Connection is working with our client based in Boldon Business Park who provide a range of customer services to a range of clients. Due to a new campaign they now require Customer Services Operatives to join their busy team.
Duties will include:
· Understanding the needs of the individual to signpost the customer to correct care home
· Answering general incoming enquires
· Arrange meetings with care homes
· Dealing with customers with empathy and understanding.
· IT literate as will be using in-house systems
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service experience and demonstrate care and empathy. No understanding of funding or specific health needs is required as the care home will deal with specific questions.
Rate of Pay:
· £12.37 per hour
· £18.56 per hour after 40 hours
Hours of work:
40 hour working week on the following shift patterns:
· 8.00am - 4.30pm
· 9.00am - 5.30pm
· 9.30am - 6.00pm
· Working 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am - 5.00pm with a day off through the week.
The roles are being offered on a temp to perm basis for the right candidates.
