We have an excitingopportunity for a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker within the WorcestershireEating Disorders Service on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The rolewill involve supporting monitoring and reporting the physiological impact oftheir eating concerns.
Withthe support of the multi-disciplinary team, the postholder will need toparticipate in the monitoring and the evaluation of all care and support on anindividual patient basis, with a particular emphasis on recovery focusedinterventions.
Supportprofessionally qualified staff, often without direct supervision, to ensurethat patient and carers within the designated caseload receive, through liaisonwith the appropriate agencies, a range of services and resources appropriate totheir needs.
EnsureRecovery focused patient care interventions and care planning.
Thepostholder will be working across our hubs and must have a driving licence andaccess to a car to meet the travel requirements for the role.
