Job Title: Onboarding Team Lead - (German Speaking)
Salary: £35-45k
Location: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

About the Role:
The key purpose of this role is to ensure the compliant onboarding of new candidates under their Swiss entity. You’ll manage contracts, terms of business, and be the go-to expert for all onboarding matters relating to Switzerland. This position reports to the Director of Compliance & Risk and works closely with Sales and Accounts teams – with a primary focus on supporting the DACH region, especially the Swiss Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end onboarding for candidates under the Swiss entity
* Provide compliance and risk reports to the Director
* Stay current with Swiss employment and contractor legislation
* Review and improve onboarding processes and policies
* Cross-check standard contractual documents in English and German (training provided)
* Enter contractor and client data into internal systems
* Support client onboarding processes and system setup
* Review, file, and maintain contractor and client documentation
* Act as escalation point for complex onboarding queries
* Manage onboarding and offboarding of contractors
* Handle adverse background checks and benefits administration
* Collaborate closely with Sales Team on contract and compliance matters
* Ensure all tasks meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
Must-Haves:
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Haves:
* Previous administrative experience in compliance or contracts
