About the Role
* Deliver accurate and timely payroll and pensions administration.
* Calculate, record and process complex business transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and Council policies.
* Analyse and assess data, resolve queries and provide expert advice to colleagues and customers on payroll and pensions matters.
About the Candidate
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
* Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach.
* Ability to analyse information, make decisions and resolve issues independently.
* Strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and proficiency in data input and analysis on IT systems.
