What you will do:
* Lead and manage a team of dedicated social workers, ensuring high-quality service delivery within adult services.

Requirements of the Team Manager:
* Possession of a degree or equivalent qualification in social work and a current Social Work England registration.
* Proven experience in a managerial role such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager within Adult Services.
* Extensive frontline experience in social work with a focus on adult services, showcasing your capability to lead effectively.
