Your Experience
The department seeks a 5+ PQE Data, Digital, and Commercial Lawyer capable of leading complex projects and developing the team.
* Experience in leading commercial and technology projects, GDPR, data transfers, cybersecurity, AI governance, and data initiatives.
* Drafting and negotiating data sharing, processing agreements, and commercial contracts.
* Managing key client relationships and providing practical advice.
* Handling regulatory issues and supporting incident responses and investigations.
* Mentoring junior lawyers and ensuring high-quality work.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams for comprehensive client support.
* Contributing to business development, thought leadership, and client engagement.
