Junior Sales Consultant- Kartell Flagship Store


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, detail-oriented, and personable Junior Sales Consultant to join Kartell, a leading design company founded in Milan in 1949, Kartell is a symbol of progressive Italian design. With a commitment to technological innovation, creative design solutions, and sustainable materials, Kartell reflects solid foundations for the future in its products. Based in South Kensington, London. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to communicate effectively with clients. Purpose of the Role: As a Junior Sales Assistant at the Kartell Flagship Store, you will be an ambassador of the Kartell brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. In addition to assisting retail customers, you will also play a role in managing relationships with existing trade customers and identifying new business opportunities in the Architecture and Interior Design (A&D) market. Your role is critical in ensuring a memorable shopping experience, fostering customer loyalty, and contributing to the growth of Kartell’s B2B & B2C sectors.


Key Responsibilities (In store)

• Greet and engage customers providing best-in class client experience.

• Understand customer needs providing tailored product recommendations. • Offer detailed product information, including design features, materials & finishes, certifications, care instructions. • Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and general administration tasks • Ensure showroom standards are always maintained • Participate in store events and promotions A&D Client Relationships: • Connect with and present to interior designers, architects, and other professionals in the A&D market. • Provide tailored support to trade clients, offering expert product knowledge • Coordinate with the Store Manager and B2B team to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of trade orders. • Manage your own trade accounts pipeline, including prospecting, quotations, closing orders, invoicing, and payments. Salary & Bonus scheme based on experience

Full Time contract - 10am-6pm including Saturdays
