Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Braintree, on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the Remarketing team across a range of operational and analytical activities. This role will involve tracking, analysing, and responding to both back-end device sales and front-end service sales, ensuring smooth coordination and data-driven decision-making within the department.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify and group stock for customer distribution
• Track sales activity, allocate orders, and flag any issues or anomalies
• Generate and review reports on active and inbound stock from multiple contracts
• Assist in collating and analysing data related to Remarketing activity
• Monitor and triage incoming service sales requests, directing them appropriately for action
• Coordinate and facilitate remarketing responses, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and followed up as needed
Experience, Education & Qualifications
• Knowledge or interest in IT hardware (preferred but not essential)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with and analysing data
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Clear communicator with a proactive and methodical approach
Hours: Monday to Friday
Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in office
Salary: £30,000 per annum
