Service Desk Engineer with at least a years experience of Azure, and Office365 Admin required by the London office an American Company with circa 150 users in the UK based in close proximity to London's Waterloo Train Station, paying up to £32k working Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of this role, it will be based onsite. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line Engineer who wants to progress their career in a well established organisation that truly values its staff. You will be the first point of contact for all face to face and remote end users issues for their Uk based users, be responsible for resolving issues, identify opportunities for improvement, manage staff accounts, and carry out IT inductions for new starters.
