We have a superb opportunity based in North Kent for a highly experienced Accounts Payable professional. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be working in a dedicated, highly driven team. Duties will include:-
Responsibility of the Accounts Payable Role:-
* Taking full responsibility for the European suppliers
* Ensuring all PO's are correct and approved before processing for payment
* Requesting POD's and copy invoices
* Ensure payment terms are adhered to in order to avoid late payment fines as per set contracts
* Chasing approval for payments
* Raising monthly payment runs in multi currencies
* Processing credit card expenses
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Liaising with suppliers and resolving issues quickly and in line with policy
Requirements of the Accounts Payable Role:-
* Strong accounts payable experience ideally with a largegroup
* Multi currency
* Strong systems skills
* First rate communication skills
