Role outline
* Receiving and responding to telephone and email enquires
* Developing rapport and passing on leads to the sales team
* Helping customers with queries
* Producing documentation for clients
* Data entry & invoicing
* Liaise with the field team to ensure jobs are completed on schedule
* Systems management
Key Skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
* Competent computer skills including all areas of Microsoft
* A forward thinker and team player
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work to a deadline
* Confidence and initiative
