What you'll do: Prepare a variety of breakfast items such as pastries, breads & scones, including egg selection, pancakes, waffles, smoothies, fruit pots and other morning favourites, with an emphasis on quality and consistency. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menu items and specials that align with our brand identity. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure a seamless breakfast service.
