A leading firm is seeking a senior commercial IP specialist to join its highly regarded team in Bristol. This is a key appointment, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of the firm's commercial IP practice.
The team advises an impressive roster of clients, including multinational corporations, blue-chip companies, high-net-worth individuals, and world-renowned luxury brands. Their expertise spans the full spectrum of Commercial IP, Business Litigation, Sports, and Media Law, providing strategic guidance on high-value and complex matters.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and growing practice. The opportunity offers a clear progression path and exciting work including cutting-edge nuclear work.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be 3-8 PQE, seasoned, Commercial solicitor from a non-contentious IP background. Confident working collaboratively and independently, leading and supervising on varied non-contentious IP work.
Committed to supporting clients with on-going projects as well as a keen interest in further business development, networking and forming strong market connections.
