Location: Leeds city centre, hybrid working with 2 days onsite each week
Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 plus benefits

* Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
* Provide technical direction across modern web technologies including React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
* The wider technology environment includes Node.js, React, TypeScript, AWS (Lambda & ECS), and Terraform.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners.
* Drive engineering standards and promote a positive, high-performing team culture.
* Support and mentor engineers, enabling continuous development and progression.
