Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Administrator
to support our sales operations with UK retail partners and international distributors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing sales orders, coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication between the sales team, customers, and internal departments. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of sales transactions and customer satisfaction across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Order Management

* Process and manage sales orders from UK retailers and international distributors accurately and promptly.
* Coordinate order confirmations, pricing, and product availability.
* Ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms, customer requirements, and internal policies.

Customer & Distributor Support

* Build and maintain positive relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
* Support onboarding of new accounts and distributors, including documentation and system setup.
* Lead set up of products within retailers and distributors

Logistics & Supply Coordination

* Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
* Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays.

Sales Reporting & Documentation

* Maintain and update sales records, customer information, and distribution agreements.
* Generate regular reports on sales performance, order status, and stock levels.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as meeting preparation

Cross-functional Collaboration

* Work closely with finance for invoicing, credit checks, and payment follow-up.
* Collaborate with marketing for product launches, promotions, and materials distribution.
* Provide feedback from retailers and distributors to help inform sales and product strategies.
