Were recruiting on behalf of a growing building services contractor for an experienced M&E Contracts / Operations Manager to join their team in Glasgow. This is a key role overseeing the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical projects across a varied client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple M&E projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project programmes
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers
* Monitor project costs, variations, and performance
* Support planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience in an M&E Contracts Manager, Operations Manager, or Project Manager role
* Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or building services projects
* Ability to manage multiple live contracts and lead teams effectively
* Commercial awareness and strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
