Job Title: Sewing Machinist (Industrial)
Location: Warrington (WA4 6PS)
Salary: £12.69 to £13.69 per hour dependent upon experience
Shifts: Monday- Thursday - 8am to 4.45pm and Friday 8am to 1pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent - Will also consider directly permanent for this role.
Our client, a local manufacturing company and supplier of soft play and family entertainment centres, are looking to recruit an experienced 'Sewing Machinist' to join a busy team of Machinists.
Responsibilities:
* Work on industrial sewing machines, sewing mainly PVC fabrics.
* You will be assisting with the crafting of soft play centres.
* Operating Industrial Sewing Machines with a walking foot.
* Sewing PVC fabrics.
* Collaborating with other team members.
* Have a keen eye for detail.
* Uphold a commitment to quality work.
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience of industrial sewing.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to learn and develop.
* Happy to work to tight deadlines.
For this role, training can be given to candidates who have previously worked in similar roles.
