We're seeking a strategic Marketing Operations Lead to optimise marketing processes and deliver operational excellence across all UK retail brands, including British Gas and Hive. This role focuses on planning, execution, and efficiency-ensuring marketing budgets and agency partnerships deliver maximum impact. Expect to be in London once a week in the office. About the roleLead marketing financial forecasting and budget management, partnering with finance to track and optimise spend.Manage agency relationships, scopes of work, and performance against KPIs.Drive process improvements and standardised ways of working across marketing, finance, procurement, and legal.Provide clear, data-driven reporting to inform decisions and enhance ROI.
