We are hiring a Customer Partner to join our growing customer service and support team in Cambourne. This hybrid customer-facing role combines call handling, technical support, and service coordination, playing a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and service requests
Schedule field service engineer visits and coordinate appointments
Provide internal support to field and office teams
Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Use CRM systems to log service cases and capture sales leads
Provide technical assistance and triage service issues
Check stock availability and pricing for products and consumables
Maintain and update accurate customer data records
Process orders for spare parts and consumables
Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after service visits
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service deliveryEssential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or call centre role
Confident with inbound call handling and managing service requests
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP - preferred)
Comfortable working to KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
