The Role:
Join Holland & Barrett at a time of exciting transformation. We're evolving our approach to planning, forecasting, and financial reporting, and this role will put you right at the heart of that change. As our Senior Finance Manager - FP&A, you'll play a lead role in shaping how we use data and insight to drive decisions, support long-term growth, and embed best-in-class FP&A processes across the business.
This is a high-impact role, partnering with senior stakeholders across the Finance function and wider business, and supporting the transition to modern tooling (OneStream).
It's an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-looking, insight-led finance team and help deliver meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead budget and forecasting processes, including consolidation, commentary, and financial storyboards
* Coordinate month-end reporting and support board/exec pack preparation
* Influence reporting enhancements and OneStream system adoption as FP&A SME
* Identify P&L, balance sheet and cashflow opportunities through insight-led analysis
* Partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders across the organisation
* Support investor reporting and provide input into funding requests
* Develop and coach a small team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
* Drive consistency across divisional FP&A teams and support the Head of FP&A in embedding best practices
* Play a key role in delivering finance transformation initiatives and evolving tools and processes
Location: This is a hybrid role based in Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week
The Person:
* Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven experience leading FP&A cycles and reporting in a multi-site or international business
* Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with OneStream or similar tools desirable
* Solid knowledge of retail-specific financial metrics and planning approaches
* Collaborative, commercial and resilient - able to thrive in an evolving environment
* Skilled at communicating finance clearly to non-finance audiences and senior stakeholders
* Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to challenge and influence
* Track record of delivering reporting and planning improvements at pace
