What You’ll Do
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work closely with our invention and engineering teams to become an expert in using the Invention Studio software and its application within diverse client environments. You will:
* Support Client Projects: Actively participate in real-world invention projects, helping clients achieve value from day one.
* Deliver Demos and Training: Showcase the power of Invention Studio to new users and stakeholders through engaging, insightful demos and training sessions.
* Manage Deployments: Guide clients through onboarding and deployment, ensuring a smooth, successful rollout of the platform within their organization.
* Drive Adoption: Help define best practices for software usage across a range of customer profiles and industries.
* Shape the Future: Take a leading role in shaping our rollout strategy and building a world-class deployment success function.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is both technically sharp and a natural communicator. You might be a great fit if you have:
* Experience in a technical client-facing role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical consulting, or application support)
* A strong ability to quickly understand and master complex software tools
* Comfort with running demos, workshops, and training sessions for varied audiences
* A proactive, self-directed attitude with a passion for delivering great customer experiences
* The desire to help build and eventually lead a new function within a fast-growing company
