The Investor Relationship Manager will be responsible for leading investor communications for StoryPoint Group.

This role is pivotal in maintaining transparency and trust with current and prospective investors by delivering clear, consistent, and strategic communications that highlight StoryPoint Group’s performance, growth initiatives, and industry positioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and communications, with specific knowledge of the senior living or healthcare real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Investor Communications Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to keep investors informed on company performance, operational developments, and strategic priorities.
* Messaging Development: Create compelling narratives and materials (investor decks, earnings summaries, fact sheets, Q&A scripts) that communicate key financial and operational metrics such as occupancy trends, RevPAR, EBITDAR, and NOI specific to senior living communities.
* Financial Reporting Support: Collaborate with finance and operations teams to compile and analyze quarterly and annual financial results for presentation to investors.
* Investor Engagement: Manage day-to-day communication with investors, REIT partners, private equity stakeholders, and analyst contacts, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
* Reputation Management: Monitor industry news, regulatory updates, and peer activity to proactively inform investors and manage expectations.
* Event Coordination: Plan and support investor calls, virtual and in-person presentations, and site tours of communities.
* Reporting Accuracy: Ensure all investor materials are aligned with regulatory and compliance standards and reflect the StoryPoint Group’s mission, financial goals, and operational integrity.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA, CFA, or related certification preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or financial reporting—preferably within senior living, healthcare, or real estate sectors.
* Demonstrated experience developing investor communications that convey complex financial and operational data in a concise, investor-friendly manner.
* Strong understanding of the financial drivers in for-profit senior living, including private-pay models, occupancy cycles, operational efficiencies, and reimbursement sensitivity.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with acute attention to detail.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
* Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of investor priorities
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage confidently with executive leadership and external investors
* Analytical and storytelling abilities to present financial data with narrative clarity
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

* Experience in a publicly traded or private equity-backed senior living organization
* Familiarity with real estate investment structures (REITs, operating leases, triple-net leases)
* Knowledge of senior housing asset types (independent living, assisted living, memory care) and related KPIs


General Working Conditions

This position entails sitting for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
