Field Sales Representative (AFH)
Location: Llanelli
Contract Type: 9 month fixed term contract
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time role offers a salary of £29,033 and many compelling benefits.
About Your Role
You will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities. Your focus will be on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives, interacting with customers such as independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes.

* No experience? No problem! We provide full training, plus all the tools and support to get you up to speed. We’re looking for someone who works well with others, loves staying active, and thrives in a hands-on role.
* You need a full, clean UK driving license, eligibility to work in the UK, and to live within a 60-minute commute of the role location.
* Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers, and securing sales through fact-based conversations.
* Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale, and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
* Strong ability to manage your workload and schedule independently while meeting targets.
* Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
* Excellent prioritisation skills to ensure efficiency and manage multiple tasks effectively.
What’s In It for You?
