Our Bosville, Marmalade and Bracken Hide Hotels are hiring Kitchen Porters to join their teams in Portree, The Isle of Skye. This is a variable hours contract on a seasonal or permanent basis, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Washing crockery and utensils, ensuring kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned daily according to hygiene standards.
* Assisting chefs with distribution and organization, keeping shelves, cupboards, fridges, and freezers organized, with proper product rotation to manage expiry dates.
* Adhering to procedures and policies concerning COSHH and the use of chemicals and cleaning products, following health and safety regulations.
