TeacherActive are looking for flexible and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors for our secondary SEND school in South Birmingham. With a massive surge in demand across South Birmingham, we are looking for experienced Cover Supervisors and those looking to get into education who can manage behaviour in the classroom. You will be able to work full time or part time with roles ranging from daily bookings to long term assignments.
Responsibilities
* Manage behaviour in the classroom and support learning for students in a secondary SEND setting.
* Cover a variety of subjects as needed.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and strong classroom management.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills alongside good classroom management
* Over 6 months experience within an educational environment
* The ability to cover a variety of subjects
* A passion for teaching and a desire to make a difference
