Client Experience Host - Part Time (20hrs per week)
As the Client Experience Host, you will support the Sales Consultants and the wider store team to ensure all clients receive an exceptional and memorable experience. This is a hands‑on role involving a variety of tasks, spending a lot of time on the shop floor and carrying out many administrative duties in the back office. You will use your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients from the moment they enter the store, creating a personal and luxury experience that goes above expectations.
Responsibilities
* Support Sales Consultants and wider store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
* Spend significant time on the shop floor interacting with clients.
* Carry out various administrative duties in the back office.
* Use outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients from entry to exit.
Qualifications
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience within hospitality or luxury retail.
* Ability to build rapport and long‑lasting relationships with clients.
* A great understanding of what an exceptional customer experience looks like.
* Experience working within a high‑performing team.
* Excellent organisational skills.
