Production & Inventory Controller

We are seeking an experienced Production & Inventory Controller to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, inventory, and production scheduling within a growing manufacturing business.
This is a hands-on position where you'll be at the centre of operations, working closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure products are delivered on time, inventory levels are optimised, and operational targets are consistently achieved.
Production & Inventory Controller will be responsible for
1. Creating and managing daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer and stock demands.
2. Coordinating production planning activities to ensure raw materials and work-in-progress stock are available when needed.
3. Leading daily planning meetings with operational and supply chain teams to drive performance and resolve challenges quickly.
4. Analysing sales trends, forecasts, and inventory data to determine stock requirements and support business growth.
