Maths and English Tutor – Stockport (SK6)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths and English Tutor to provide in-person 1:1 support to students in the Stockport SK6 area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tutor or education professional who is passionate about helping young people build confidence and achieve academic success.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – School Hours
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging 1:1 Maths and English tuition sessions in person
* Support students with varying abilities and learning needs
* Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual student requirements
* Monitor progress and provide feedback where required
* Create a positive and encouraging learning environment
Requirements:
* Previous tutoring or teaching experience in Maths and English
* Strong subject knowledge
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and engage students
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Pay:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
