Overview
The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Receptionist with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Assistant Front Office Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.
Receptionist Responsibilities
* Giving our guests a memorable welcome and lasting impression.
* Providing exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products, services and facilities.
* Ensuring that the daily task list is completed effectively.
* Working collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.
* Taking initiative in accommodating our guests needs in a resourceful manner.
Qualifications
* Excellent guest engagement skills.
* An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
* Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly.
* The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations.
* A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous.
