You will be: Delivering excellent customer service for our guests – no day is the same! Checking guests in and out – taking payments and processing correctly. Guest reservations both hotel & dinning - from phone, email and in person. Handling guest enquiries and helping our guests have the best stay possible. Admin duties. A natural with people. Everything we do is from the heart and we want our guests to have an incredible experience from the minute they pick up the phone or step through our doors.
