Based primarily at our Dundee site, you will work alongside a talented multidisciplinary Infrastructure team to ensure our systems are efficient, resilient, and highly available. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both business-as-usual operations and a variety of project-based work that directly supports world-class research.

Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with the Senior Infrastructure Engineer and wider technical team to maintain and improve core infrastructure services.
* Support the delivery of infrastructure projects aligned to organisational goals.
* Assist in ensuring our environment remains secure, resilient, and highly available.
* Take ownership of tasks, seeing them through to completion with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and documentation.
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a multidisciplinary technical team and a passion for learning and innovation. You will have (or be willing to learn) a broad understanding of the platforms and services we support, enabling you to deliver effective end-to-end support.
You should have, or be keen to develop, knowledge in the following areas:
* Virtualisation & Cloud Computing
* Microsoft Infrastructure Technologies
* Storage Infrastructure
* Network Infrastructure
