Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards. Support the service department with administration and documentation. Liaise with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and customer service. Assist in the restructuring and development of the service admin officeRequirements: Previous main dealer experience, ideally with Kerridge system knowledge. Strong background in service administration, invoicing, and warranty claims. Commercial vehicle experience (advantageous but not essential). Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
