Role: Sales Advisor
Location: Southend on site
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Mon-Sun between hours of 8am-8pm
Salary: 24,500 + bonus + benefits
We are currently looking for motivated people who enjoy a fast-paced sales environment to join our clients specialist team of Inbound Sales Advisors. The role consists of managing inbound and outbound calls based in a contact centre.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:
* To effectively handle inbound sales calls from customers.
* To achieve personal sales and performance targets, contributing to the Company's overall objectives.
* To Identify customers' needs and upsell to maximise sales opportunities.
* To manage sensitive data in line with Data Protection Policy and maintain customer records to ensure our data integrity.
* To manage outbound renewal calls for existing customers as and when required by the business.
* Act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence.
