We are currently seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant, or the school will consider candidates who don't hold a qualification but must have previous experience working with SEN. This is a Full time, term time only position. However Part-time hours may be considered. Key Responsibilities: Supporting primary aged pupils, providing support academically, socially and emotionally. Be confident in building positive relationships with both children and staff. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment. Liaise with parents, teachers and other professionals to support students' progress. Can manage challenging behaviour. Is positive, a forward thinker and able to work well as a team. Requirements: MUST have previous experience working with children/young adults with SEN needs.
