Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of databases, specifically SQL Experience with integration tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar Ability to manage application vendors effectively Understanding of workflows and how technology can enhance efficiency Proficiency in a Windows on-prem environment and Microsoft Office applications Experience with VoIP and AV/CCTV systems Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations Responsibilities: Oversee all IT and technology operations within the company Provide day-to-day end-user support Manage the integration of various applications such as Sage 200 and logistics software Take control of application vendors to align technology with business processes Ensure the efficient running of technology infrastructure and related services Lead technical projects that enhance company operations and efficiencies Report directly to the Operations Manager regarding IT matters Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise Maintain and optimize existing IT systems, including VoIP and external AV/CCTV setups Technologies: Support SQL Sage Windows Zapier CRM More: We are a Denbighshire-based company with multiple outlets and sub-sites across the UK, offering a fantastic opportunity to join our successful team.
