Teaching Personnel are seeking a confident and experienced High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work within a supportive school in the Exeter area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled education professional looking to take on additional classroom responsibilities and support teaching and learning across the school.
The role:
* Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
* Support students across a range of subjects and abilities
* Lead small group interventions and targeted support sessions
* Work closely with teaching staff to support student progress
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous experience working within schools
* Hold HLTA status or relevant experience
* Be confident leading learning activities independently
* Demonstrate strong behaviour management and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
