This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them thrive academically and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs. Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons. Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and emotional well-being. Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Adapt learning resources to suit individual student needs. Requirements: Experience working with SEN children (school, youth work, care, or similar). Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
