We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients. Your expertise in hairdressing, customer service, and various styling techniques will contribute to the overall success of our salon. This position also offers opportunities for mentoring junior stylists and engaging with clients to enhance their experience.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offering professional advice on styles and products.
* Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
* Assist with front desk duties, including booking appointments and managing client inquiries.
* Mentor junior stylists, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth.
* Collaborate with the store management team to ensure smooth salon operations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in barbering and hair design.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
* Experience in upselling products and services is advantageous.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* A passion for the beauty industry with a willingness to stay updated on trends and techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£50,838.87 per year
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
