This isn't a sink-or-swim graduate role. At Better Rehab, our Graduate Program is built by clinicians, for clinicians! With structure, mentorship, flexibility and backing from a multidisciplinary team, we want to set you up for long-term success beyond your grad year.

The Role
With roles available across:
* Croydon
* Geelong
* Moonee Ponds
* Mornington
* Mulgrave
* Narre Warren
* Pascoe Vale
* Ravenhall
* Werribee
You’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:
* Neurological conditions
* Psychosocial disability
This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.
You’ll:
* Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
* Build long-term relationships and see real progress
* Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
Our Graduate Program

You’ll receive:
* A graduate-specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)
* 1:1 discipline-specific supervision
* 6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling
* 4 paid study leave days per year
* Laptop, phone and fully resourced therapy kits

What You’ll Need
* Occupational Therapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
* Passion for supporting people with disability
* Driver’s licence and own vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
