Customer Success Manager
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager / Customer Success Manager for a growing FMCG Field Marketing company.
Location: Remote, with regular travel to clients and the Nottinghamshire office. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a focus on the M4/M40 corridor area.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of FMCG clients.
2. Ensure all client activities and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
3. Utilize data and technology to identify trends and suggest improvements for campaigns.
4. Manage and optimize client budgets, providing regular progress reports.
5. Identify and deliver additional business opportunities within existing accounts.
6. Compile and communicate briefs and reports aligned with role requirements.
7. Lead relevant team meetings, exemplify commercial team standards, and develop junior staff in line with company expectations.
Candidate Profile:
You should have experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager within field marketing, FMCG, or in-store marketing/advertising.
Excellent client management skills with a keen eye for new opportunities.
Experience working with well-known retail brands is preferred.
