Overview
The Nurse Coordinator is a key role within our live-in nursing agency, responsible for managing all aspects of client placements, nurse coordination, and clinical quality assurance. Working closely with the Registered Manager and Care Advisory Team, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of personalised nursing care in clients’ homes, ensuring safety, continuity, and a consistently high standard of service.
The core focus of our nursing team is to provide the highest quality nursing care to those who wish to receive healthcare in the comfort of their own home. Many clients requiring nursing care at home are nearing the end of life, so we provide a sensitive, compassionate and dignified pathway, offering emotional and practical support to families.
