The Recruitment Group is looking for a Property Manager & Admin Assistant for our Client based in Loughborough. The role of Property Manager & Admin Assistant is a perm role. If you are interested in this role please carry on reading.

Salary for the Property Manager & Admin Assistant:

1. £28,000 plus (experience dependent)

Hours:

2. Monday to Thursday – 9am to 5.30pm
3. Friday – 9am to 5pm
4. 1 hour lunch break
5. 37 hours a week

Location:

6. Loughborough

Overview:

7. Assist with liaising with insurers for annual reviews
8. Keeping portfolio up to date
9. Conducting and booking viewings
10. Coordinating repairs and conducting rental inspections
11. Producing sales particulars
12. Conducting land inspections
13. Raising and issuing management fee invoices
14. Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email
15. Identifying new ways to improve customer service, making recommendations
16. Performing anti-money laundering checks
17. Providing instructions to accounts regarding the collection of rents
18. Updating clients
19. Preparing sales and rental reports
20. Occasional reception cover

About you:

21. Proven Property Management experience
22. Strong administration skills
23. MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook etc
24. Ability to work on own initiative and manage time effectively
25. Good organisational skills
26. Happy to take direction from team members
27. Administration support, where needed, for the rural estates team
28. Strong communication skills, written and verbal
29. Car driver (mileage allowance paid)
