Working in a busy Customer Service Team our client is looking for a candidate with some experience within customer service to answer telephones and written enquiries from members of the public and clients. Customer Services Executive Key Responsibilities: * Answering queries from customers * Set up new clients using the established agency onboarding process. * Providing agency support to existing clients – helping with quotes, questions, applications. * Using LiveChat system to respond to enquiries online * Responding to queries submitted via email * To assist with training, mentoring and support of new staff as required. * To problem solve and mediate when required. * To work with other departments and team members as required to provide excellent and efficient service to customers. Customer Services Executive Experience and Skills Requirements: * Passion for championing excellent customer service. * Understand how to implement processes and procedures. * Have a desire to learn new skills and challenge the ‘status quo’ to develop personal and achieve business objectives. * Take an active role in supporting and maintaining the company values and culture. * Able to deliver high levels of accuracy and attention for detail. * Capable of managing relationships – internal and external at all levels within business. * Have good PR/interpersonal skills, have outstanding communication and reporting skills, problem analysis and listening ability. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
