Due to rapid growth across our contract staffing division, we are expanding our Resourcing Team and seeking a highly organised Recruitment Resourcer focused on supporting our clients and recruit for Paceline and Factory Butchers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and enjoys playing a vital part in ensuring our contract clients receive reliable, fully compliant workers each week.
What you’ll be doing as Recruitment Resourcer:
You source, screen, prepare, and support candidates for a roles such as Paceline Line or Factory Butchers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
High‑volume sourcing and screening for contract roles needed at short notice
Conducting telephone and video interviews to assess skills, pace, suitability, and site fit
Advertising job roles across job boards, social platforms, and talent pools
Managing daily pipelines for multiple clients.
Creating and coordinating contracts and assignment schedules for all placed workers
Completing full Right to Work and compliance checks in line with U.K Employment Law.
Coordinating start dates, client inductions, and first‑day check‑ins
Preparing talent for paceline and butchery roles, ensuring they understand pace, skill level, and site expectations
Maintaining accurate records across CRM (Salesforce), Excel trackers, and internal systems
Supporting availability checks, weekly workforce planning, and short‑notice client requests
Meeting team KPIs focused on speed, fulfilment, readiness, and candidate quality
We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer with:
Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, ideally within temps or high‑volume delivery
Strong communication skills and confidence interviewing diverse candidate groups
Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously and working to urgent client deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, operational recruitment environment
Solid understanding of RTW and compliance processes
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (Salesforce), Excel, and sourcing platforms
Desirable:
Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, paceline, warehouse, logistics, or similar operational recruitment
Understanding of GLAA compliance
Ability to identify and assess skilled butchery or knife‑skilled talent
Knowledge of meat-processing operations (training provided if not)
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Additional flexibility may be needed during large‑volume starts or peak seasons
