NDA Consultant | 12-Month Contract | London
Junior Lawyer or Experienced Paralegal
An international investment business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented legal professional to support its Legal Department in London. This 12-month contract offers a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of legal process, high-value transactions, and portfolio management across a globally recognised investment platform.
This role would suit a junior lawyer or experienced paralegal with a solid background in reviewing and negotiating NDAs and early-stage transactional documents. You’ll gain exposure to complex, fast-moving deals and support legal and compliance frameworks around price-sensitive information (MNPI).
What you’ll be doing:
• Reviewing and negotiating NDAs, consultancy agreements, engagement letters, and hold harmless letters
• Supporting regulatory compliance and procedures related to MNPI
• Liaising with legal, compliance, external counsel, and portfolio managers
• Managing templates, trackers, logs, and executed documentation
• Helping drive legal processes efficiently in a high-performing, fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
• Law degree (LLB, GDL or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a law firm or in-house legal team (ideally in financial services)
• Strong understanding of NDA negotiation and legal operations
• Highly organised, confident working independently, and comfortable communicating across teams
• Interest in financial services and desire to grow in a transactional legal environment
This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your knowledge of investment structures and legal frameworks, working alongside market-leading professionals in the Alternatives space.
