Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Primary Location: DE24 Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Term-time only (39 weeks), Monday-Friday, approx. 8:30-15:30 Salary: £90-£110 per day (PAYE) About the Role: We're seeking a dedicated and nurturing Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive primary or SEN school from September. This role focuses on providing 1:1 support for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), helping them access learning, regulate emotions, and build confidence in a safe and inclusive environment. You'll work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to implement personalised strategies and interventions tailored to each child's needs-whether they relate to autism, ADHD, speech and language, or SEMH.
