Interview process: An initial conversation with GLP followed by a face‑to‑face interview at our site in Burton Latimer on 6th Jan and 9th Jan.

Start: 2nd February 2026 for induction with Weetabix. Start course with GLP training mid‑late February 2026. Working pattern: Two days a week in the office – Team Tuesdays and Weetabix Wednesday – with a hybrid model offering flexibility where needed.


About the Role

Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, which typically involves planning, identifying, attracting, assessing, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates to fulfil the current and future requirements of the organisation. Build productive relationships with key stakeholders such as advertising media, candidates, and internal colleagues to achieve successful recruitment outcomes. Utilise recruitment best practices and communication expertise to support the day‑to‑day delivery of recruitment for the hiring manager. Conduct research in the marketplace to confidently shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the hiring manager’s brief. Develop communications such as job advertisements and social media promotions that adhere to our internal and legal guidelines.


Qualifications

* GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above in English AND Mathematics.
* Great communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Technical competence and ability to learn systems and Microsoft packages.
