Job Title: Social Media Manager & Producer
Location: London (5x Per Week In Office
Are you obsessed with the internet, in love with storytelling, and wired to win on social? We’re looking for a Social Media Producer & Manager to turn breakthrough podcast content into scroll-stopping, conversation-starting, movement-making moments.
This isn’t your average social role. You’ll be at the heart of a global media powerhouse, working across a portfolio of chart-worthy podcasts—from flagship voices to the next big thing. If you live for platform-native content, know your way around AI tools, and treat every post like a performance, this could be your dream job.
* You’ll own the end-to-end social strategy and execution for multiple podcast brands. You’ll scale them from memorable to unmissable, using creative content, AI-enhanced workflows, and real-time insights to fuel massive reach and impact.
* Lead day-to-day execution across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & more
* Build tailored strategies that amplify each show's unique voice
* Turn top moments into viral content with share-worthy storytelling
* Design content that sparks community and drives deeper connection
* Use AI to test formats, personalize messaging, and increase engagement
* Develop playbooks that convert casual listeners into superfans
