Digital and Data Development Officer
Role Overview
* Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
* Design, build, and maintain low-code solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and CRM workflows.
* Support digital transformation and process improvement across services.
* Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver user-friendly solutions.
Key Requirements
* Degree (preferably STEM) or Level 4 Data Analyst qualification.
* Experience with Power BI and low-code solutions.
* Strong Excel skills and understanding of data governance.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
Desirable
* Microsoft Power Platform certification.
* CRM development experience.
* Knowledge of SQL, ETL, or data warehouse techniques.
