Care at Home Service Manager
Location: Head office- Inverness
Salary: £36,000 with additional pay for on-call duties
Hours: Full-time 8:30-5pm
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role:
As a Care at Home Service Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating care delivery within the community. Your responsibilities will include:
· Participating in the on-call rota, with additional pay for on-call duties
· Supporting the team with occasional care visits when needed ranging from 7am-10pm
· Conducting supervisions and support for care staff
· Carrying out client assessments and reviews to ensure care plans are up to date and reflect individual needs
· Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate and effective care delivery
· Reporting to the Registered Manager, ensuring all care provision is compliant and person-centred
You'll be supported by a Care Coordinator, and Registered Manager, offering guidance, collaboration, and shared best practices.
What We're Looking For:
· Minimum of 3 years' experience working in care
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
· Must be a driver with access to a car
· Previous experience in managing or supporting a team is desirable
· A strong understanding of care compliance and quality standards
